Contracte privat de serveis per a la l’adaptació i exhibició de espectacle de Nadal ‘La Fanalera’ en el marc de la programació municipal de Sant Andreu de la Barca

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this contract is the development of the artistic adaptation of an existing musical-type show, to be carried out as part of the municipality’s Christmas cultural programme. The adaptation may incorporate, reinterpret, update or transform the original stage, musical and dramatic elements, as well as introduce new creative content, while respecting the exploitation rights of the original work, which are owned by the City Council. This show is based on the work “La Fanalera”, produced by Alea Teatre, SL, of which the City Council holds the exploitation rights by virtue of the services contract for the creation and presentation of a large-format Christmas show, processed under file number B1392025000005. The performance will also include a representation of the local tradition of lighting lanterns to guide Their Majesties the Kings of the Orient on the night of 5 January. Likewise, the lead characters in the show will also take part in events linked to the arrival of Their Majesties the Kings of the Orient and the Kings’ parade. The characteristics of this contract are those specified in the technical specifications document (PPT).
