TENDER DESCRIPTION

AGV has included in the current SGBP (River Basin Management Plan), among other things (via the Water Management Programme), the construction of 3 DFIs at 3 different locations. The 3 DFIs to be built contribute, in combination with other measures, to achieving these goals. The installations are designed based on 'upflow iron sand technology'. This means that water is guided from the bottom upwards through beds with iron sand, where phosphate adheres to the iron sand and the purified water can be discharged into waters in (vulnerable) natural areas.
