TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of this procedure is the procurement of the contract for the delegation of management of the public sanitation service for disinsection, disinfection, and rodent control activities in the municipality of Constanța. The number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications during which clarifications can be requested: 20 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day prior to the tender submission deadline.
