TENDER DESCRIPTION

The PHC (Collective accommodation floor) of the Hospice général is an accommodation arrangement intended to house individuals or families who do not have an appropriate housing solution. This type of arrangement is generally set up in existing premises initially intended for office use. Converting them into accommodation requires, in particular, the establishment of provisional authorisations and the adaptation of the premises to the requirements associated with their new purpose. These projects depend on the opportunities that arise for the Hospice général. PHCs are operated for 5 years or, at most, 10 years depending on the authorisations obtained. Projects may be of different types: ▪ Transformation of existing floor areas (in particular office floors) for which the Hospice général becomes the tenant in a temporary accommodation centre; ▪ Renewal of authorisation (APA) to extend the operating authorisation for a site in operation; ▪ Dismantling of a PHC that reaches the end of its authorised operating period.
