TENDER DESCRIPTION
This procedure concerns the call for competition for a service contract. This contract is subject to an invitation to tender procedure in the form of a framework agreement, within the meaning of Article 25 of the AIMP 2019. The designated offices will be responsible for evaluating the quality of the PEB diagnostics included in the permit application files available on the FRIAC platform. The mission consists of: - Checking PEB diagnostics according to federal and cantonal requirements (FACH list, ASCA specifications) - Writing opinions (favorable, favorable with conditions, unfavorable) - Collaborating to optimize procedures (technical monitoring, updating checklists, improvement proposals) - Providing technical support for specific questions related to building pollutants This procedure concerns the call for competition for a service contract.
