TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Contract will have as its purpose to entrust, for a duration of 9 years starting from 1 September 2027, in compliance with the applicable regulations, the operation of the following services: - Regular urban line transport services; - Regular interurban line transport services; - School transport services; - The downtown shuttle service of Manosque; - The urban shuttle service of Gréoux-les-Bains; - Transport services for people with reduced mobility (PRM); - Car-sharing service; - Night shuttle service; - The Contract also provides 4 options: o Option 1: Operation of autonomous rail transport services (Urbanloop). o Option 2: Operation of a bike-sharing rental service o Option 3: Creation of the "ITER-CADARACHE" line o Option 4: Extension of the ZAE Express line up to the Mirabeau PEM The delegatee shall in particular: - Provide the vehicles to ensure the service under the terms defined by this Contract. - Ensure the operation of the overall public mobility service; - Ensure the financing and/or execution of investments necessary for the mobility services; - Collect the service revenues; - Bear all charges directly related to the execution of the contract in…
