TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation aims to award a public services concession contract, in the form of a lease-service contract (affermage), concerning the management and operation of the “Le Dôme” swimming rink complex of the Laon Urban Community (Communauté d’agglomération du Pays de Laon). The contract is concluded for a period of five years, from 1 January 2028 until 31 December 2032. The concessionaire’s mission will be to ensure the management of the public service and the operation of the swimming rink complex made available to it by the contracting authority, under the conditions defined by the concession contract and its appendices. In this respect, it will in particular ensure the technical, administrative, financial and commercial management of the service, as well as the upkeep, maintenance, events/entertainment, and the enhancement/valorisation of the facilities.
