TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation is intended to award a public service concession contract, in the form of an affermage (lease-and-operate arrangement), concerning the management and operation of the intercommunal swimming pool and ice rink complex “Le Dôme” of the Communauté d’agglomération du Pays de Laon. The contract is concluded for a period of five years, from 1 January 2028 up to and including 31 December 2032. The concessionaire will be responsible for ensuring the management of the public service and the operation of the swimming pool and ice rink complex made available to it by the granting authority, under the conditions defined in the concession contract and its annexes. In this capacity, it will in particular ensure the technical, administrative, financial and commercial management of the service, as well as the upkeep, maintenance, events/entertainment and enhancement/valorisation of the facilities.
