TENDER DESCRIPTION

Operation of the public collective wastewater sanitation service of the City of Bapaume. The concession is a public service delegation subject to the provisions of article L. 1411-1 of the General Code of Local Authorities. The Delegate will operate the service at its own risks and liabilities and will assume responsibility for the proper functioning of the service in accordance with the provisions of the contract and the main principles of public service. The Delegate will be responsible for ensuring the management and continuity of the public collective wastewater sanitation service (collection and treatment) within the concession perimeter, consisting notably of (2025 data):  32 km of pipelines  6 pumping stations  4 storm overflow outlets  1 storm basin  2 treatment stations for a total of 12,000 PE.  Volumes treated: 2025 = 355,508 ; 2024 = 368,778 m3  135 T of sludge produced - to ensure monitoring, operation, maintenance and repairs of: - wastewater pipelines; - connections; - pumping/pressure stations; - storm overflow outlets; - storm basin - operating the 2 treatment plants, City and Industrial Zone; - maintaining all installations in working order both…
