TENDER DESCRIPTION

Operation of the public collective wastewater sanitation service of the City of Bapaume. The concession is a public service delegation subject to the provisions of Article L. 1411-1 of the General Code of Local Authorities. The Delegate will operate the service at its own risk and assume responsibility for the proper functioning of the service in accordance with the provisions of the contract and the main principles of public service. The Delegate will be tasked with ensuring the management and continuity of the public collective wastewater sanitation service (collection and treatment) within the concession perimeter, consisting notably of (data 2025): • 32 km of pipelines • 6 pumping stations • 4 storm overflow structures • 1 storm basin • 2 treatment plants with a total of 12,000 PE. • Volumes treated: 2025 = 355,508; 2024 = 368,778 m3 • 135 tons of sludge produced - ensure monitoring, operation, maintenance, and repairs of: - wastewater pipelines; - connections; - pumping/pressure stations; - storm overflow structures - storm basin - operate the 2 treatment plants, City and Industrial Zone; - maintain all installations in working order mechanically and electrically through…
