TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract concerns the supply of energy, operation, maintenance and upkeep of the heating, Domestic Hot Water (DHW), air conditioning and air handling installations of the EHPAD of Effiat; the contract will be of the CPE type (Energy Performance Contract). The contract is of the following type:  MT (temperature contract) ☒   Incentivisation with ☒ and without ☐ and includes the following services:  The supply of energy “P1”, namely the supply of so-called “incoming” energy, such as: Natural gas, Pellet, and Electricity (depending on P3P works). The supply of heat from a public network, or electricity, is left to the charge of the CLIENT.  The “P2” service services, namely: operating the installations, monitoring, adjusting and routine maintenance, guaranteeing the temperatures inside the buildings, handling regulatory checks of the thermal installations, and the supply of small equipment,  The “transparent” Total Guarantee for controlled expenditure “P3R”, namely the replacement of defective equipment with equivalent equipment, including major equipment such as:  Boilers  Gas domestic hot water production units  Direct expansion air conditioners  Air handling units…
