TENDER DESCRIPTION

The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders. The services are paid for at unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include options (similar services and extensions/renewals). The estimated amounts are indicative and include the entirety of the renewal/extension periods. This framework agreement is a maintenance and operation contract without the supply of fuel. The supply of the fuel necessary to perform the contractual clauses is the responsibility of the Commune de Mauguio-Carnon, which grants the contractor the use and management of it in order for the contractor to carry out its contractual obligations. The contract covers preventive maintenance services, corrective maintenance services, and health monitoring, the details of which are defined in the CCTP. The driving/operation, monitoring, routine maintenance, maintenance and troubleshooting services for the heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) and domestic hot water (DHW) production installations are subject to a lump-sum payment scheme (PF-type contract), defined for each installation under P2 contract.
