TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services are subject to a framework agreement with purchase orders pursuant to articles R 2162-1 to R 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The services to be performed will be defined as needs arise by means of issuing purchase orders by the rental agency services of LOGEAL IMMOBILIERE (e.g. account managers notably, etc.). The person authorised to sign the purchase orders is the contracting authority's representative according to the powers of attorney and signature delegations in force within the LOGEAL IMMOBILIERE social housing company.
