TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the contract is the provision of the services for the operation, conservation, maintenance and repairs of the Villalonquejar wastewater treatment plant, as well as the removal and management of the sludge produced at the facility. The Contractor shall therefore be solely responsible for the wastewater treatment processes of the EDAR under its charge and for compliance with the conditions required in the discharge authorisation, as well as for compliance with the applicable legislation regarding the application of sludge from the treatment of urban wastewater in agriculture. The contract includes, as a separate service, the concepts of “Major Repairs” and “Investment for initial adaptation”, because, although these are maintenance services, they may be considered an investment, and therefore require independent accounting and a percentage of VAT to be applied separately from the rest of the services contract.
