TENDER DESCRIPTION
In compliance with the principles of necessity, suitability and efficiency established in Article 28 of the LCSP, the nature and extent of the needs that it is intended to cover through the conclusion of this contract fall within the scope of the functions and powers attributed to this Managing Body, with the suitability of the subject matter and content of the contract being determined precisely in the Technical Specifications Pliego.
