Contratación de una póliza de seguro de accidentes personales destinada a garantizar la protección de los alumnos matriculados en centros públicos de la Comunidad de Madrid que impartan enseñanzas de Formación Profesional, así como de los participantes en programas formativos vinculados a dichos centros, que durante la realización de las prácticas formativas o actividades objeto del presente contrato se encuentren excluidos del ámbito de aplicación de la disposición adicional quincuagésima segunda del texto refundido de la Ley General de la Seguridad Social, o respecto de los cuales no resulte posible su incorporación al sistema de la Seguridad Social conforme a la normativa vigente.

TENDER DESCRIPTION
Contracting a personal accident insurance policy intended to ensure the protection of students enrolled in public centres of the Community of Madrid that provide Vocational Training, as well as participants in training programmes linked to those centres, who, during the performance of the training placements or activities that are the subject of this contract, are excluded from the scope of application of the fifty-second additional provision of the revised text of the General Law on Social Security, or for whom it is not possible to incorporate them into the Social Security system in accordance with the applicable regulations.
