The purpose of the contract in question is as follows: Maintain the facilities in perfect condition of conservation and operation, complying with all legal requirements. Ensure the useful life of the facilities and the constructive elements that make up the centers, as well as their proper appearance ensuring safety, healthiness, habitability and ornamentation conditions in accordance with applicable regulations. Repair and replacement of materials, installations and/or elements or complete equipment. On-call service for emergencies and restoration of the operation of networks, installations and serious damages. The facilities subject to the contract are those indicated in Annex I of the PPT, reproduced in Annex I of this specification.
