TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City Council of San Juan del Puerto does not have sufficient staff in its plantilla with the appropriate professional category to take on all the functions necessary for the proper provision of the cleaning service in the various municipal buildings, premises and facilities. The current municipal staff roster lacks a sufficient number of cleaning personnel positions to meet, using its own resources, the ordinary and ongoing needs arising from hygienic and health maintenance of municipal premises. Consequently, direct provision of the service by this Administration is materially and organisationally impossible, making it necessary to outsource it through the corresponding administrative services contract.
