TENDER DESCRIPTION

Lifts: 24 Cargo lifts: 2 Automatic doors: 15 (up to 7/01/2029, inclusive) Other: 14 This contract shall carry out comprehensive maintenance of all the automatic doors indicated in section 3 of the PPT until 7/01/2029, inclusive, at which point such maintenance will form part of another maintenance contract more in line with those works. The company awarded Lot 1 undertakes the maintenance and upkeep of the facilities indicated in this document, including the machine rooms, shafts and pits, in perfect working order and cleanliness, so that breakdowns or faults that interrupt or make their operation difficult are avoided or reduced. The contractor shall, at no cost and within the first two months of the contract’s term, implement a computer-assisted maintenance system (hereinafter GMAO) for monitoring of the contract by the person responsible for the contract. The companies awarded Lot 1 must be registered in the Register of lift maintenance companies of the General Directorate of Industry, Energy and Mines of the Community of Madrid, for the entire duration of the contract.
