TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this contract is the procurement, through an open procedure, of a turnkey project that includes the design, development, configuration, implementation, go-live, hosting, preventive, corrective, and evolutionary maintenance of an integral unique BackOffice system for the management of SEITT toll highways. The system must serve the toll highways R-2, R-3, R-4, R-5, M-12, AP-41, AP-36, and AP-7 Cartagena-Vera, based on the road toll system developed in the tender with file: 20261006-V. To this end, it must rely on standard interfaces and integration mechanisms conceived from the design phase to facilitate the incorporation of new highways, roads or systems without impact on service continuity, taking security as a reference from the start of the design.
