TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the contract is the provision of services for the preparation of the different documents that will make up the Strategic Noise Maps (MER) and Action Plans (PAR) for the 5th phase of the Road Network of the Community of Madrid, up to their approval, and to provide the technical advice necessary to respond to queries, complaints and complaints of an acoustic nature that are submitted through the legal channels during the term of the contract, as well as statements of allegations that are submitted during the public information procedures. The final result of the work is intended, as objectives, to comply with the requirements of European Directive 2002/49/EC of 25 June 2002 on the assessment and management of environmental noise (END Directive) and Law 37/2003 of 17 November on Noise (LR) and its implementing regulations in the preparation of the MER, to help manage the noise problems that the roads generate and to provide all those data that make it possible to diagnose and propose measures for the preparation of the PAR.
