TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of the contract is to draft the routing and construction project for the new interchange at Seseña Norte (El Quiñón) with the R4 motorway, to provide a technical and economic justification for the proposed solution, to describe the work to be carried out and the construction procedures that must be undertaken with sufficient detail, to include a study of the risk of the project, to obtain an updated document in line with the needs during the preparation of the study, and to provide SEITT with all contractual documentation required by the applicable regulations in order for it to be incorporated into the subsequent works contract.
