TENDER DESCRIPTION

The object of the contract is the drafting of the basic and executive project of works, activities, and installations; the contract supervision of the works, plus the coordination of safety and health, related to the renovation of the buildings of s’Enclusa, included in annex I of the technical specifications document, which contains the graphical description with measurements and intended uses of the buildings that make up the military enclosure of s’Enclusa and are subject to the contract. The necessity of this contracting is justified in the report issued by the island director of Tourism Promotion and European Funds of the Consell Insular de Menorca dated 28 July 2026, which is transcribed in the documents.
