• Phase IV: Operation and maintenance will last 4 years and 3 months. It will commence upon the completion of the works, or potentially when the work is sufficiently advanced to allow Phase III to start concurrently.

A Project Management Office (PMO) is a transversal service that provides governance, planning, coordination, monitoring, and control for the entire project.
