TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the mixed supply and services contract consists of providing the Madrid City Council with the rights of use and related services necessary for the operation of an case management platform and a platform of legal databases with integrated artificial intelligence. The services included in the contract purpose are as follows: - Rights of use of the platforms. * Service 1: Supply of the public cloud infrastructure granting rights of use of a case management platform, for an estimated 115 users. * Service 2: Supply of the public cloud infrastructure granting rights of use of a legal database platform with Artificial Intelligence (AI), for an estimated 100 users. - Start-up and integration services: * Service 3: Initial configuration service, data migration and commissioning of the platforms. * Service 4: Integration service of the platforms with systems of the Madrid City Council.
