TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the contract and, therefore, of this procurement procedure is the provision or management of the Social Service of Home Help through the following access routes:
 a) The one recognized in Article 9.2(a) of Order of 27 July 2023 of the Department of Inclusion, Youth, Families and Equality, which regulates the Home Help service in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia and the Home Help Service Regulations approved at a plenary session of the Provincial Council of Granada on 4 November 2024.
 b) The one provided for in Article 9.2(b) of the Order of 27 July 2023, which regulates the Home Help service in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia and the Home Help Service Regulations approved at a plenary session of the Provincial Council of Granada on 4 November 2024, referred to as Basic
 Provision.
 c) Any new programme granted to this Town Council by any Public Administration related to Home Help shall be included within the scope of this contract.
