TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns the renovation, creation, and replacement of "retractable bollard" systems to ensure the protection of the pedestrian platform in the territory of Rouen. Services for the supply and installation of automatic retractable bollards with an access management station (PGA), configuration, commissioning and declaration of the sites in imaging on the supervisors and servers in service, and all operations necessary for the proper functioning of this equipment including civil engineering. Generally, unless otherwise specified, the term "installation" is to be understood in its broadest sense, meaning it includes all organs and elements necessary for the function. This contract concerns: - Roadworks and civil engineering works necessary for the installation of equipment on site (lost boxes, ducts, pull chambers, technical cabinets, detection loops, ...). - The supply, installation, connection, configuration and commissioning of "retractable bollard" infrastructures on the various sites. - The configuration of supervision computers and servers located at the C.S.U.
