TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns the renovation, creation, and replacement of "retractable bollards" systems to ensure the protection of the pedestrian platform in the Rouen area. Services for the supply and installation of automatic retractable bollards with access management station (PGA), configuration, commissioning and declaration of sites in imagery on the operating supervisors and servers, and all operations necessary for the proper functioning of this equipment including civil engineering. In general, unless otherwise specified, the term "installation" is to be understood in its broadest sense, that is to say it includes all organs and elements necessary for the function.
