TENDER DESCRIPTION

The framework agreement covers inspection services: • of sporting equipment as defined by standard NP S52-409 and by Articles R.322-19 to R.322-26 of the French Sports Code. These services may be extended to sporting equipment that does not fall within the scope of application of these standards, • of play areas as defined by Decrees Nos. 94-699 of 10 August 1994 and 96-1136 of 18 December 1996, • sport/health trails as defined by standard FD S52-903, • climbing walls as defined by standard EN 12572, • gymnastics apparatus as defined by Article L.421-3 of the French Consumer Code. To this end, the contractor shall use its own inspection equipment and carry out data entry in its follow-up software. The members of the joint purchasing group do not wish to acquire software. They only want the service provider to submit the various reports after each inspection assignment. The contractor shall carry out the main and operational inspections and update its database following each visit.
