TENDER DESCRIPTION
The framework agreement covers the inspection control missions: • sports equipment as defined by the standard NP S52-409 and Articles R.322-19 to R.322-26 of the French Sports Code. These missions may be extended to sports equipment that does not fall within the scope of these standards, • play areas as defined by Decrees no. 94-699 of 10 August 1994 and no. 96-1136 of 18 December 1996, • sports/health trails as defined by standard FD S52-903, • climbing walls as defined by standard EN 12572, • gymnastics apparatus as defined by Article L.421-3 of the Consumer Code. To this end, the contractor shall use its own inspection control equipment and enter the data in its tracking software. The members of the contracting authority group do not wish to acquire software. They only want the service provider to send the various reports after each inspection control mission. The contractor shall carry out the main and operational inspections and update its database after each visit. Under no circumstances will the contractor be required to carry out corrective or maintenance operations on the equipment.
