TENDER DESCRIPTION

The scope of this contract is carried out as part of the multimodal interchange hub project for Labège Gare, located at the terminus of the future Toulouse Metro Line C. The project consists of the construction of the interchange hub comprising a P+R silo building with 996 parking spaces, a drop-off and pick-up carpooling area on the ground floor of the silo car park, a bus station at the terminus and its operating premises, bicycle rooms with regulated access, active-mode links to connect these various infrastructures, landscaping of the site over an estimated surface area of 2.2 ha, and an active-mode footbridge/bridge for crossing the railway tracks in order to connect this interchange hub to the elevated Line C station. This invitation to tender concerns the external technical laboratory controls for the works carried out as part of the Labège Gare PEM operation.
