TENDER DESCRIPTION

SYTRAL Mobilités wishes to enter into a contract to entrust an economic operator with the performance of the public passenger urban transport service of TCL within the territorial area of the Communauté d'agglomération Villefranche-Beaujolais-Saône, i.e. 18 municipalities. The service scope covers all operating and maintenance missions of the equipment required for a public passenger urban transport service: 6 regular bus lines (970,000 total km/year), 18 school bus lines (235,000 total km/year), 5 demand responsive transport services (230,000 total km/year). All of these services represent approximately 5,400,000 passenger trips per year and employ approximately 80 FTEs. Ancillary missions may also be ordered by service order. Performance of transport services for persons with reduced mobility may also be prescribed.
