TENDER DESCRIPTION

SYTRAL Mobilités wishes to enter into a contract to entrust an economic operator with the performance of the public passenger urban transport service TCL within the territorial jurisdiction of the Villefranche-Beaujolais-Saône Community of Agglomeration, i.e. 18 communes. The scope of the service covers all operating and maintenance missions for the equipment necessary for a public passenger urban transport service: 6 regular bus lines (total 970,000 km/year), 18 school lines (total 235,000 km/year), 5 on-demand transport services (total 230,000 km/year). All of these services represent approximately 5,400,000 passenger journeys per year and require a workforce of approximately 80 FTEs. Ancillary missions may also be ordered by work order. The performance of transport services for persons with reduced mobility may also be prescribed.
