TENDER DESCRIPTION
This consultation concerns the establishment of a participation agreement pursuant to Decree 2011-1474 of 8 November 2011, for the supplementary social protection of employees who will have expressed their wish to do so. The agreement will be concluded for a period of six years starting from 1 January 2027. It may be extended for reasons of general interest for a duration not exceeding 1 year and will end at the latest on 31 December 2033.
