TENDER DESCRIPTION
This consultation concerns the implementation of a participation agreement pursuant to Decree 2011-1474 of 8 November 2011, for the supplementary social protection of employees who express their wish to benefit from it. The agreement will be concluded for a period of six years from 1 January 2027. It may be extended for reasons of general interest for a period not exceeding 1 year and will end no later than 31 December 2033.
