TENDER DESCRIPTION
As part of the redevelopment of the Nautical Stadium, the creation of premises on R+1 is planned. These premises are intended for a rooftop catering activity. It is specified that one or more catering ancillary activities—to be proposed by the bidders—may also be implemented (it being specified that, in that case, the catering activity will be the main activity). It is specified that a fast food (fast food) catering activity will not be permitted.
