TENDER DESCRIPTION

The objective and thus defined success of work is the permanent assurance of technical operational readiness, availability, operational safety as well as the technical and regulatory compliance of the HVAC systems on the offshore platforms, in accordance with the applicable technical rules, standards and regulations. This includes in particular all air-conditioning systems, air conditioners, fan coil units (FCU), ventilation and exhaust systems, air duct systems, fire and smoke protection dampers, dehumidifier systems as well as the associated measurement, control and regulation equipment (MSR). In addition, the recurring as well as the non-recurring maintenance measures included in the scope of services are to be performed.
