COSMOS: Combined Offshore Maintenance and Operation Services The scope of the tender includes information relating to "Repair and modification services for DC offshore grid installations of TenneT TSO GmbH". The scope of services includes the provision of process engineering repair and modification services for the Client's plants, systems and components. In addition, repair and modification services may be carried out for the platform structure and for other offshore installations and facilities designated by the Client. The Contractor shall, within the framework of this agreement and with the involvement of a mini-competition in accordance with individual call-offs, be awarded the provision of the aforementioned services. The contracting authority reserves the right, within the term of the contract, to replace the mini-competition process by auctions.
