COSMOS: Combined Offshore Maintenance and Operation Services The scope of services of this invitation to tender includes information on “Repair and modification services for DC offshore grid systems of TenneT TSO GmbH”. The scope of services includes the provision of process-engineering repair and modification services for the Client’s facilities, systems and components. In addition, repair and modification services may be provided for the platform structure as well as for other offshore facilities and installations designated by the Client. The Contractor shall be commissioned, in the context of this agreement and with inclusion of a mini-competition in accordance with individual call-offs, to provide the above-mentioned services. The Client reserves the right, within the term of the contract, to replace the mini-competition process with auctions.
