The contract has a total duration of 12 months. The contract start date is September 1, 2026, which is the date of its signing. Consequently, the contract end date would be September 1, 2027.

The core scope of work for this tender is the provision of courier services, which includes the rapid transport of documents, small parcels, and other items both within Greece and internationally.

The high-level summary of the Statement of Work and core deliverables includes:

• Domestic Courier Services (ΥΠΗΡΕΣΙΕΣ ΤΑΧΥΜΕΤΑΦΟΡΩΝ ΕΣΩΤΕΡΙΚΟΥ)
• Basic Services for pickup, transport, and delivery of shipments within the same city/municipality, within the same region, to hard-to-reach areas, to land destinations, and to island destinations.
• International Courier Services (ΥΠΗΡΕΣΙΕΣ ΤΑΧΥΜΕΤΑΦΟΡΩΝ ΕΞΩΤΕΡΙΚΟΥ)
• Basic Services for sending envelopes within Europe, to the European Union, to Cyprus-Bulgaria, and outside the European Union.
• Additional Services (ΠΡΟΣΘΕΤΕΣ ΥΠΗΡΕΣΙΕΣ)
• Delivery at a predetermined time (ΕΠΙΔΟΣΗ ΣΕ ΠΡΟΚΑΘΟΡΙΣΜΕΝΗ ΩΡΑ).
• Delivery with protocol (ΕΠΙΔΟΣΗ ΜΕ ΠΡΩΤΟΚΟΛΛΟ).

All items for transport must be suitably packaged in durable packaging, and all domestic shipments will be volume-measured. The quantities specified in the tender are indicative and may be adjusted based on the Municipality's needs. The contract duration is 12 months from its signing date.
