The contract will have an estimated duration of 12 months, or until the supplies reach the contractual value, whichever occurs first. The term of the contract begins on the date of the first request from the contracting entity for the execution of the services, which will always take place after the publication of the contract's celebration on the public contracts website. If the price of the goods does not reach the established value within the initial 12-month period, the contract will be automatically renewed for an additional 12 months, but the total duration cannot exceed 24 months. The contract is expected to be formalized in writing within 30 days after the acceptance of the draft by the awardee or the decision on any complaint.
