TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply of foodstuffs, beverages and non-food products via a central purchasing platform (made available by the contracting authority). This contract’s purpose is to supply foodstuffs, beverages and non-food products for the operation of the CPAS d'Ath kitchens. More specifically, the product families covered by this contract include, in particular, the following: • Meats, poultry, charcuterie and derived products • Beverages • Frozen foods and ice creams • Bakery products, fresh croissants and fresh pastries • Potatoes • Disposable tableware and catering consumables • Fresh fruit and vegetables • Dietary products or products intended for a particular diet • Fish and related items and derived products • Dairy products - Cheeses - Dairy desserts - Butter and margarine - Egg products • Dehydrated products and groceries The contracting party makes available to the contracting authority an electronic ordering platform enabling access to its catalogue, the placing of orders, tracking deliveries and consulting the history of purchases.
