• The period of preparation and the overall execution period are according to the contractual calendar.
• Critical milestones and tasks for each lot: Full respect of applicable deadlines for the lot.

The core scope of work for this tender is the construction of a biomass boiler room and its urban heating network in the municipality of Loir-en-Vallée (72310).

The Statement of Work (SOW) summary and core deliverables include:

• Preparatory works and site installations: This encompasses defining site needs (transport, cranes, electricity), access, signage, temporary site security, establishing site living quarters, managing utilities and temporary connections, and waste management.
• Building and Civil Engineering (LOT 4): This lot involves defining and realizing concrete bases, building massifs, cuvelage (tanking) under the hopper, door seals, parcel demarcation, exterior water supply network (AEP), exterior electrical connections for the boiler room up to an interface point inside the building, temporary roads, and the "Dossier d'Interventions Ultérieures sur l'Ouvrage (DIUO)". It also includes general structural studies and foundation works, taking into account load descents from other lots.
• Hydraulics (LOT 3): This includes studies, engineering, functional analysis of the installation, PID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram), I/O lists, and detailed execution studies for the hydraulic process.
• Urban Heating Network (RCU) (LOT 5): This covers the supply, installation, connection, and commissioning of surveillance lines, boxes, and accessories, ensuring continuity and looping at each sub-station. It also involves preliminary investigations, coring, sheathing, backfilling, sealing, insulation, and supports up to connection points. Further, it includes the complete realization of the RCU, including earthworks, accessibility for welders/sleevers, laying, welding, sleeving, backfilling, reflections, and surveying. Diversion of concessionaire networks, maintenance in service, and validation before backfilling are also part of this lot. This lot also dimensiones, supplies, installs, and connects valve chambers, purge/drainage chambers, and prefabricated chambers with their sealing and finishes.
• Documentation, Training, and Commissioning: General deliverables across lots include the definition of needs, choice of materials, supply, connection, validation, and realization. Specific to LOT 5, this involves documentation, user training, and commissioning, along with welding controls, rinsing, pressure tests, filtration, and water quality testing.
• Reservations: Execution of concrete reservations before pouring for various systems (reservations, ventilation, smoke extraction) based on needs defined by other lots.
