TENDER DESCRIPTION

Thermal rehabilitation of the building envelope elements; i. thermal insulation of the façade - glazed part, namely replacement of the existing exterior joinery, including that related to the access to the building, with high-performance thermal-insulating joinery, replacement of the interior joinery: access doors and windows to unheated or insufficiently heated spaces, if applicable; Installation of new exterior joinery made of PVC with energy-efficient thermal-insulating glazing type triple-pane, with thermal performance (low-E treated surface, inert gas filling between the glass panes, radiant barrier) with R’min = 0.83 m2K/W. The doors will be provided with automatic closing devices.
