TENDER DESCRIPTION

In the context of this procurement procedure, the contracting authority intends to conclude a works contract having as its object the Execution of the works within the project “Increasing the energy performance of residential blocks in the city of Simeria Lot III” which includes the following blocks: - Str. Ion Luca Caragiale, bl 2 - Str. Ion Luca Caragiale, bl 3 - Str. Fabricii bl 1 - Str. 1 Decembrie bl 5 - Str. Fabricii bl 7 - Str. Fabricii bl 8 The works contract subject to this award procedure shall include the execution of works for energy renovation for the multi-family residential buildings in the City of Simeria listed above. The duration of the public procurement contract shall be a maximum of 8 months. During this period, all works necessary for the energy renovation of the multi-family residential buildings listed above in the City of Simeria, which are the subject of this procedure, shall be carried out. The public works procurement contract does not raise any special issues during the implementation period.
