TENDER DESCRIPTION

In this procurement procedure, the contracting authority intends to conclude a public works contract having as its object the Execution of works within the project “Increasing the energy performance of residential blocks in the city of Simeria Lot IV”, which includes the following blocks: - Piata Unirii Street, bl. 18 - Piata Unirii Street, bl. 20 - Piata Unirii Street, bl. 21 - Teilor Street, bl. 19 The works contract subject to this award procedure will include the execution of works for energy renovation for multi-family residential buildings, in the City of Simeria, listed above. The duration of the public procurement contract will be maximum 8 months. Within this period, all works necessary for the energy renovation of the multi-family residential buildings listed above in the City of Simeria, which are the subject of this procedure, will be carried out. The public works contract does not raise any particular issues during the implementation period.
