TENDER DESCRIPTION

General objective: the general objective of the project is to increase sustainable urban mobility and the efficiency of public transport in the Municipality of Piatra Neamț, by modernising road and pedestrian infrastructure, implementing an integrated intelligent traffic management system and arranging green and cycling (velo) infrastructure along the mobility corridor Bd. General Nicolae Dăscălescu – Str. Dimitrie Leonida. The project contributes to achieving the specific objective RSO 2.8 – “Promoting sustainable multimodal urban mobility as part of the transition to a low-carbon emissions economy”, by creating a modern and efficient infrastructure that facilitates the circulation of public transport and road traffic under conditions of comfort and safety, while also ensuring the landscape integration of the mobility corridor through green arrangements.
