TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract concerns the delivery, implementation, configuration and management of a CRM application for the National Ombudsman. The National Ombudsman acts as the contracting authority and contracting party. For the National Ombudsman, relationship management is of great importance. In order to professionalise relationship management and structure it in a future-proof manner, the National Ombudsman intends to bring all relationship data together in a single central CRM system. With this procurement, the National Ombudsman aims to acquire a future-proof CRM solution that aligns with further digitalisation and renewal of the organisation. The CRM application must be configured such that a future connection via API with a new case management system is possible. The estimated scope of the contract amounts to € 605,000 exclusive of VAT.
