TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this procurement procedure is the purchase of a CRM system for the market area of the Westfalen Weser Group. The aim is to bundle customer information from the different business units in order to obtain an overall view of customer interactions. The contracting authority expects from a future supplier a powerful and user-friendly solution that can be flexibly adapted to future requirements. In addition, the supplier is to provide comprehensive support for implementation, training of users as well as for technical integration into the contracting authority’s existing system landscape. The software solution to be procured is to be integrated into the contracting authority’s existing system landscape. The CRM is to be offered and integrated as a cloud-based SaaS solution. The integration takes place via the network side into the Corporate Network (CN) in which the contracting authority’s users also work with their clients.
