TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of this procurement procedure is the procurement of a CRM system for the market sector of the Westfalen Weser Group. The aim is to consolidate customer information from the various business divisions in order to obtain a comprehensive view of customer interactions. From a future contractor, the contracting authority expects a capable and user-friendly solution that can be flexibly adapted to future requirements. In addition, the contractor shall provide comprehensive support for the implementation, training of the users and for the technical integration into the contracting authority’s existing system landscape. The software solution to be procured is to be integrated into the contracting authority’s existing system landscape. The CRM is to be offered and integrated as a cloud-based SaaS solution. The integration is carried out on the network side into the Corporate Network (CN), in which the contracting authority’s users also work with their clients.
